His professional journey commenced at JP Morgan’s Investment Banking division, where he garnered valuable experience over a 2-year period after receiving a pre-placement offer in 2016.

Following this, he contributed his expertise to Oyo as a Performance Manager for European and Middle Eastern properties for another 2 years. While pursuing his MBA at IIM Bangalore, Rishabh’s outstanding capabilities were recognized when he received a pre-placement offer from Bain & Co. in 2022. Currently, he holds the position of Associate Consultant at Bain & Co., showcasing his commitment to excellence and continuous professional growth.
